What should the API Base URL be?

Do I need to append /v1 manually?
Follow the guide for your client. For Claude Code, ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL is https://ai.cloudtay.com; do not append /anthropic. For OpenAI-compatible clients, if the guide's example explicitly includes /v1, follow the example.
